Hi! My name is Mrs. Ideson and I can’t wait to get to know you! We are going to have a lot of fun learning together this year! Second grade is filled with lots of growth, discovery, and fun. I am so excited for the school year to begin!

This is my 13th year of teaching and my 6th year teaching 2nd grade at A2 STEAM. I live in Chelsea with my husband, our 15-year-old daughter Emily, and our silly dog, Max.

It’s important to know all of the 2nd-grade teachers. We do a lot together and think of ourselves as one big 2nd-grade family. Mrs. Essenberg and Mrs. Talmadge are the other 2nd-grade teachers you will get to know this year!
